FOOD COLUMN?

Hey guys!
I'm back with a food column I just made.

Have you ever been in a situation where you have no idea what to eat for your breakfast? especially for those are in diet.

so, as my brother advice as he is a Dietary Coach, he recommended a good cereal for breakfast!
