INTRODUCTION

Assalamualaikum and hi everyone!

    First of all, I would like to thank you for hardly searching and visiting my newbie blog. My name is Akmal Taqi a student from UiTM, Campus Pulau Penang who still on process in studying a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Culinary Arts Management. As it obviously thought about the course, I've learned a lot of things especially about food, food culture, food society, food styling and so forth of foods education. So the purpose that I create this blog is to share with you all about my special trip that me and my group members planned to do in the early of this semester.

   Before I speak about the trip, blogging about food has become a very popular hobby in the last two to three years. Food blogs cover recipes, restaurant reviews, and every other aspect of the foodie world, and are often accompanied by gorgeous food photography. It is very easy to get into the food blogging world, as all you need, is access to a blogging platform (such as Blogger, Typepad or Wordpress) and a love for great food. The food bloggers represented by the sites below are just a smattering of writers from around the globe, and range from dessert specialists to a curry aficionado, to a vegetarian with a love for all things hummus.

    on the other hand, in my trip here, we will be going to my Aunt's mother inlaw house where it is in the middle of nowhere. The place is really deep inside the village that located in Sungai Berdarah, Perak. Why do we choose this location? actually, we are really wanted to try and experienced the very traditional food which nowadays are hardly to be found in many places around Malaysia and it can only be found in certain places only. Thus, as we discuss with my aunt and my aunt accept us as her guests, she volunteered to share the Special Menu and Very Rare Recipe of the food which a hereditary recipes from Tok Nek/Opah. My aunt has spoken the words of the food, but we never heard it, and very curious of it which we also do not really know what it is and somehow it is sound very rare.
